This hotel is in an ideal location, just steps away from the main shopping street and close to the ski slopes. The room was very clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a fantastic breakfast with many sugar-free and organic options. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, storing our luggage for longer than after check-out.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The bed was not that great, hard pillows and the cover was thin and heavy.

I liked their hospitality :-)
They don't speak English, but did efforts to make themselves understood

We spent our Christmas in a hotel with a prime location near the ski lifts and bus stops. the ski deposit was very well organized, and the ski support services were top-notch. the Italian breakfast was so delicious that we enjoyed it every day. the hotel was very clean, and the hosts were incredibly careful and friendly.
The walls between the rooms were too thin, and we could sometimes hear the guests next door. the furniture in the room was outdated and could have been better.

The owners and staff are very friendly and make all the guests feel at home. The rooms and the whole hotel is sparkling clean. When it was snowing, they kept cleaning the marble floors in the lobby all day. The Superiour Double Room was good size for 2 or 3 people. There was a delicious 4-course dinner (there are generally 3 choices) every night. The location is in the very centre of the village, it is the same walking distance (10 minutes) to gondolas on both sides of the valley. The hotel has an elevator. There is a ski storage room in the basement with heated lockers for ski boots. Parking is available either in the underground garage or outside on the hotel property.

This hotel's location is unbeatable! You're just steps away from the ski slopes and right in the center of all the action. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was up to par. Breakfast was satisfying, with a nice variety of options available. the hotel also offered storage lockers for ski equipment, a convenient feature for skiers.
The hotel lacked a restaurant, which was disappointing.

It is very central, a lovely hotel and spotlessly clean. Very good food and an excellent breakfast buffet.
The car park at the back of the hotel is very small and tight - so once parked we usually don't move the car until we leave!

Great location for skiing with ski lifts and bus nearby. The hotel was clean and had good amenities for skiers. We appreciated the friendly hosts and the well-organized ski deposit.
The privacy in the rooms was not always respected by the staff, who would enter the room and change things without our permission. , the food was not great and the restaurant only served for a short time.
